Structural Avcrete MC60 is a high strength, single component cementitious, polymer modified repair mortar.This is utilised as a micro concrete material to repair damaged structural concrete, particularly in places with limited access.It is made of cement, aggregates, and specific additives. Avcrete MC60 can be used in thicknesses of up to 100 mm. It can be applied with a trowel, knife, hand, or pump. Layer thickness can be increased by repeating layers. It is used as a ready-to-use mortar for concrete repairs and structural reinforcement.

Application

• Repairing concrete that has been corroded or damaged by reinforcing.
• Repairs to corroded steel columns, beams, slabs, and other structures.
• Vertical, overhead, and horizontal high-build repairs.

Advantages

• Free of iron and chloride, preventing rusting or discoloration on exposed edges.
• Pre-mixed; only water addition is required. 
• Due to its free-flowing, self-leveling character and ease of pouring, it can be pumped or poured into confined spaces.
