Micro Concrete Avcrete MC 40 serves as a pre-mixed mortar solution for concrete repairs and structural strengthening projects.Micro Concrete - Avcrete MC 40 is highly suitable for large section repairs in excess of 50mm deep. It is super fluid microconcrete with low permeability. Avcrete MC 40 is a pre-mixed, flowable micro-concrete designed to be a single-component, cementitious repair mortar with enhanced strength properties. It is used specifically for repairing damaged concrete surfaces, particularly in areas that are difficult to access. The formulation of Avcrete MC 40 includes cement, graded aggregates, and special additives to enhance its performance.

This product is capable of being applied in thicknesses of up to 100 mm. The application methods include using a trowel, knife, hand, or pump. For thicker repairs, additional layers can be applied in a repeated manner.

The finished surface mimics a power-troweled concrete finish but offers superior wear resistance. Avcrete LMC T5 is engineered for Indian conditions, allowing large areas to be installed in a single day with minimal tools. It cures quickly, enabling full traffic within 48 hours, and can be used as a final finish or overcoated as needed.
